Parker, Damien, and Brandon did a great job. They were professional, walked me through the entire process, and had me check the work when they were complete. They were courteous and cleaned up everything. The scheduling process was also efficient. Louie did the estimate and he was very informative. Faith, Emily, and Lexi did a great job with scheduling my appointment and keeping me informed. I highly recommend.

We chose USA Insulation for our attic insulation based on price and scheduling availability, and we’re very glad we did. The team was friendly, professional, and flexible with our schedule. They completed the job in about 4 hours, were respectful of our home, cleaned up well, and were great about keeping pet gates closed (and even gave our dogs some love). I work night shift and was able to nap while they worked because they were very quiet. They called me as soon as the job was finished. There was a small billing discrepancy compared to the original quote, but it was corrected promptly and the difference was refunded without issue. We had USA Insulation of Madison insulate our 129-year old house. With a house of this age, we weren't sure what they were going to run into once they got started. It was a tough job with lots of variables, outside and inside, and they really followed through. They started the project on one of the coldest days in December 2025, and came back to finish it up in early January 2026. The team was courteous, friendly, competent, and they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I had blown in insulation done due to no insulation between the studs in the walls. The foreman, Parker & his crew were great. Very knowledgeable, caring & considerate & thorough. It was VERY cold but they kept busy all day. Great job cleaning up also. Can't wait to see those energy bills go DOWN.

We had USA insulation install additional insulation in our attic. Louie our salesman was great and Jeff the lead Installer was fantastic. Very satisfied with overall job and price was good too. Oh, Lexi in the office also nice to deal with.
