Gonzales and Cua are a great friendly, professional and they are always letting you know when they are on the way, when they have arrived, and give you photos of their work. Gonzales is my tech and he always does an excellent job. They always get back with you when you have a problem and are fair in price. They are an excellent company and I give them 10 stars. Patsy

If you live in Denton area, Do NOT call these people. You will regret it!!! Horrible customer service. I spoke to Isaiah (customer service) and did not care. My pool has been down over a month. I have cancelled service with them and they said will take about 15-20 days to have someone to pick up their equipment.

Do not use this company! It was great in the beginning but they changed their system and we had very costly damage done to our equipment after the change. What a nightmare!

2nd post: I have tried to contact this company again, they are completely horrible... will not communicate or get back wirh me for weeks at a time. Isiah in their OFFICE is condensing and rude, talks to you like you are and idiot and will not let me speak to the Owner or manager to get my issue resolved. Asked foe clarification on something and it took 1 1/2 to get someone one the phone. This is the worst company ever!!! Concept sounds good but in reality, They DO NOT DO WHAT THEY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE! They state the system monitors and dump chemicals when needed. First of all, They DO NOT MONITOR ANYTHING!, I have had to contact them when my system isn't working or needs reboot, days after it shuts off. They've stained the bottom of my pool, leaves dirt all over bottom of pool on the same
