Never in my life I thought I would have to write a review explaining to the public why they need to be aware of the company above. I got this company to do some concrete work, he took my money poured the concrete but never came back to take the wooden slabs out and saw the lines on the concrete. He said he would complete the job when he comes back to do some other work. Which he requested a down payment for the purchase of materials. Which I did Zelle to his girlfriend Ashley in the amount of $500 for the other job he was suppose to do.That work also was never done. I called her and left several messages but she never responded. I tried calling Juan several times left messages letting him know if he can’t complete the work . If I can have my down payment back. It showed he read the mes

What a nightmare. Juan agreed to do my driveway expansion project. Not only did he damage my existing driveway, break a water main. He failed inspection twice in a row, when the county let him know exactly what they were looking for. Several times he would say he was coming and then would not show up. Wasted several of my days waiting on him, and he would not answer the phone. He agreed to a 5" driveway and 6" apron per county guidelines and was trying to do 4" on one side, 5" on the other, the pitch was towards my neighbors house, not the drain, He was even trying to not compact the ground. He is not trustworthy, we be seeking relief in court.

My Wife and I contacted Cuao Concrete Services and three other companies to obtain Quotes for our new Screen Patio enclosure. This company was the only one out of four that showed up on time and emailed the quote as promised. The Owner " Juan Cuao is very Professional and pays attention do details. They did an amazing job at a competitive price and cleaned up the entire work area when it was completed. I will always recommend Cuao Concrete Services to my Family and Friends.
