We’ve had some pretty hard financial times and Cubby has worked with us every step of the way. Every member of the team from Nancy to Terry to the Service Department and the top notch service technicians here the last few days. Thank you for everything. We became a Cubby Oil customer pretty recently and have had no issues with their oil deliveries. I especially like that we can see the invoice online on our customer portal and pay it digitally. This was a big upgrade over our previous heating oil provider who only accepted checks. Recently, we had our heating system give out during a blizzard. Cubby was able to send someone over on the same day to perform some cleaning work and get the unit back up and running by lunch.

Cubby’s customer service is outstanding. During the last cold snap I ran out of oil (my fault) and they managed to fit in a delivery despite being short staffed that day. Not only did they make a delivery they identified and replaced a component of the heating system within 48hrs. The communication throughout this process was professional and courteous and the service tech did an amazing job cleaning up after the repair. All very much appreciated!

Dear Cubby Oil Team, I’m a new customer and wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your service. On Saturday, I logged into my account to request an oil delivery since my tank level was close to 3/8. I noted that there was no rush and that I just wanted to stay on schedule for a delivery sometime next week. To my surprise, I heard your delivery driver filling my tank early Sunday morning. This is our first round of having Cubby Oil & Energy do our oil service after Arlex Oil closed after years of being our provider. Cubby has already been transparent and prompt -- easy to reach in a hurry. The annual service was done smoothly and when a return was needed the following day it was prioritized and the small adjustment was made without a hitch. So far so good!
