I recently moved to the area and replaced my homes thermostat... Well it began shorting the fuse. Not knowing much more than basics, I called Cuestas - as they were the first to answer my call. They came out, took care of the issue, and even showed me what troubleshooting steps he took and how I could do it in the future... It was a silly issue too, so they didn't charge me anything more than the wheels up fee! I now use them for my maintenance service and they're always prompt and respectful. They're never attempting to push unnecessary sales... I just love them. Fantastic service!

They have been servicing my AC for 7 years. Our unit is an original units over 15 years old and was dead. Dennis the owner came and went above and beyond for us. Gave me a great deal on a whole new unit and also got us up and running temporarily while we waited for them to come back and install our new AC. His crew arrived today and were amazing.
