The day after a big storm last week causing power outages I got to witness some of Mr. Whites training style and it made me really happy seeing someone teaching on the job in the field by an owner that still climbs into the attic and carry's tools. This was an ordinary, run of the mill AC repair, except that seeing that mentorship made the experience extraordinary. I got to see how the boss worked with his guys and as that is how I got so much of my best training it spoke volumes to me. And as for Brandon, he showed professionalism beyond his years. 5 stars for these guys!
We have used this company for 16 plus years and the gentlemen are great. John, Lewis and the office manager are friendly and do such great work. Thanks for all the years of great service.
