bought new dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer in November 2025. The salesman, Jonas, listen carefully and I'm very pleased with the appliances that I purchased. Jesse and Erin Who installed the appliances were very careful in removing the old appliances and installing the new. They were exceptionally Knowledgeable in answering my questions which were numerous. I had a question about A product that would protect my washer and dryer surfaces. Erin used the web on his phone to answer my question and find find a retail who would carry the product. The entire experience greatly exceeded my expectations

Purchased a freestanding range from Jonah and we forgot to grab the power cord we purchased. Called the store and spoke with Jonah and he stopped by our home and dropped off on his way home after work. Another reason to shop local. Excellent service above and beyond!

I'm in the dark hole of customer service with Cullens Furniture. We purchased two rocker/recliners and after a few weeks one started squeaking.The sales person told me to oil everything underneat the seat. I said I know that but I want to know where exactly to oil. She said I'll get back to you after I talk with someone. That was 7 days ago. How is this consistant with thier Core Values of Mutual Respect , Committment to Excellance, and Integrity "....doing the right things for our customers....".

Searched for so long for the perfect sectional and almost didn’t look here. Stopped in on a whim. Was able to get a custom sectional at an affordable price point. One piece arrived broken, these things happen, they were able to have it repaired and delivered. Most comfortable couch I have ever owned.

We recently bought a new home build in the area that included no appliances. We purchased all of our kitchen and laundry appliances (6 units in total) from Cullens. Jonas H was our trusty sales rep. Five of the six units worked fine upon delivery and install. The Kitchen Aid DW was problematic from the start. A second one (same model) was attempted w/ no better results. Jonas and the leadership team at Cullens patiently worked with us as we collectively and exhaustively attempted to troubleshoot the issue w/ the Kitchen Aid DW (multiple appliance techs, 3 different electricians, state code inspector all participated in the process w/ us). We never could get it to run complete cycles reliably. The consensus view among the experts was that the Kitchen Aid was not likely up to MN residential
