I can't say enough good things about Blake and the rest of the Culley crew. Our heat went out during the recent winter storm. They were here within an hour of my phone call. Blake even brought us a couple of space heaters to use until the new unit came in and could be installed, which happened within 48 hrs. (The old unit,which was 31 years old, had been hot wired into heat pump mode and could not be repaired.) I will be doing business with Culley from now on. I highly recommend them. Good value and quality service.

Blake and the Culley team have always provided exceptional service. From installing a new HVAC system to simple service calls, they are prompt and professional! Could not ask for a better HVAC company!

Showed up in reasonable time. Communication was great during repair. Workers were professional. I was texted a quote for repairs. Never got the bill in mail. When I called to get bill and pay over phone, it was $400 more than the texted quote. I told them about the texted quote. They adjusted the quote back to the original quote, which was suppose to be worst case scenario. The guy who quoted me price, drove out to my house and said it wouldn’t be bad at all. They did the work in about 1.5 hours. I could see who was there via my ring doorbell/camera system. When I asked to see a detailed breakdown of labor and material, I was told they don’t provide that to residential customers. That was new to me and think this is bad business. Aidan came out today for our bi-annual servicing and was so polite and very knowledgeable! He did a great job, as always. Culley will always be our go-to for our HVAC services!

The serviceman was very nice and didn't try to make me buy a new unit. He described everything so I would understand it. Very happy with Culley. I will use them for all services they provide. Thank you.
