I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this HVAC company was disappointing enough to warrant a warning to others. During my interaction with them, I was shocked to hear employees — including management — openly speaking poorly about their own team members and competitors. It was unprofessional and left me questioning the integrity of the business overall. In addition to that, the pricing I was quoted was significantly higher than comparable estimates for the same work. When I brought this up, I was met with vague justifications rather than transparency. It felt less like a service and more like an attempt to take advantage of customers who may not know better. Got my new AC unit from J&S and they did a great job. Unit works awesome . Professional services is right! I’ve used them before for plumbing too . Very pleased .

They installed our tankless water heater. They did an excellent job. They were very professional and exceeded our expectations on the job done. They were on time and on budget with the estimate done.
