Culvert King

I contacted this company to get a price estimate for a culvert. I was asked to submit house plans, an email from the parish, Google earth pictures and answer tons of questions in regard to what is needed for a culvert and house pad - because I was advised they should do all the work at once. I am not the professional, so I was going on information I had gained in the process for the culvert. However, after 2 weeks of back and forth, I let the company know I would rather do business with someone willing to do a site visit and get an idea of exactly the scope of work. They refused to visit the site until I hired them. I was then sent a series of text messages which were uncalled for and felt like an attack.

They must have plenty of business. No call back, no online response. I'm not going to beg ! I will find someone that appreciates the opportunity. UPDATE: I received a nasty message from Culvert King. They said since I made the remark that they must not need work; they decided they will not do business with me ?????? They never responded anyways , after 3 weeks and multiple request. I don't think I lost anything. All I wanted wasa patio poured........They must not do small jobs. These people are the main reason contractors get a bad name.

Culvert King recently replaced my driveway. Cole was very professional and friendly. Cole was very helpful, he suggested a few ideas to make my drive way more user friendly and I’m absolutely in love with the way it turned out.

We love our concrete patio with pea gravel and brick ledged border. Cant wait for cooler days to enjoy it fully!!!
