I initially called because we have a dog and needed our carpets cleaned upstairs. Nick was the most professional and kind technician i have ever had in my home! He was very informative and answered every question we had. Afterwards, he was kind enough to leave some fans running to help the carpet dry and picked them up at a later date. I will for sure be using them again!
