Cunningham always conducts itself flawlessly, I wish every company had this balance of courtesy and professionalism.Prices are always fair too. Had a new dryer hose installed, quick and easy. Bryant was great as usual.

On Monday 4/28/25 a Cunningham crew cleaned my home's air ductwork, floor vents, air returns, dryer duct, etc. The crew head even inspected my heating system chimney and decided it did not need to be cleaned. They were a delight to work with. The crew arrived on time, immediately protected my rugs and walls, and got right to work. The whole process took 4 hours for my modest sized home, during which time the crew head kept me informed about their progress. They moved, and replaced, furniture as needed. My only responsibility was only to keep our cat safely secured. Thank you Cunningham!

Just had a great service from Cunningham. The guys were knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They first stopped by a few weeks back to have a look at my chimney and dryer duct for an estimate. Straight and to the point diagnosis and solutions, with Zero pressure. I was told I could call anytime to set up an appointment to do the job, was emailed a detailed invoice, and they left.
