My Frigidaire refrigerator is having problems so I reached out to them. They sent me an email saying Cunningham was gonna be the company to work on it. That was July 5. I called them on the 7th and they said somebody will contact me. I called the following week after no contact and the guy said they are busy and I will be contacted. I called Frigidaire today, the 28th due to no contact. They canceled the service call and started a new ticket. Suddenly Cunningham calls and says I had an appointment tomorrow. I informed him that no one has called me about it and asked him what time. I informed him that he had several weeks and had done nothing. I told him this is why he gets bad reviews on google. His reply, but we’re rich. Please do not waste your time with this company. Thanks

James came out and fixed my refrigerator. The freezer side stopped working and started clicking. He told me if it’s clicking he can fix it. THAT HE DID!! James saved my groceries and fixed my refrigerator. Plus they offer a 1 year warranty. I highly recommend!

I called Cunningham repair they showed up at time that they told me they would. My refrigerator was not cooling he gave me a quote of 350 to replace the broken part. I agreed I went outside while he started working. When I came back inside, this was the first time a technician ever said too me they had fixed the repair and the the price was less than what was quoted. That’s what I call honesty!!! Frigidaire referred us to Cunningham Appliance Repair for warranty work on our dishwasher. From the very beginning, they were very unprofessional and seemed that we were an inconvenience to them. The day before they were supposed to come out and fix the dishwasher, my husband called to confirm the appointment and time frame, James Cunningham was rude, told my husband that someone would be out between 8am-5pm. My husband said he needed a better time frame than that as he has other things to do that day. Mr. Cunningham began to raise his voice and yell saying someone will be there but didn't know when. He came out and first said that our range wasn’t working because there was dust on the cooktop. He then said that the gas wasn’t turned on but told me that I had to figure out how to turn the gas on because the shutoff wasn’t behind the stove like normal. I had to contact the people we bought the house from to see where the shutoff was. Upon telling him where the shutoff was so he could come back, he gave me the runaround over 3 days.
