I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Curbio Inc. This company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity throughout our engagement. Firstly, Curbio Inc. charged me for work that was never documented. They began work on my property without securing the necessary permits, which is a clear breach of our contract. Despite my numerous attempts to address these issues, including informing them that the rehabilitation work was substandard and that various elements were falling apart, their response was to insist that I list my house on the market. After listing the property, I received numerous complaints from potential buyers indicating that the property was in a state of disrepair and not worth the listed price.
