They communicated the information they needed and provided a text for me to supply pictures to them, they dispatched Adam Goldberg to my house (on a Friday afternoon) to physically review and start on a course of action. Adam communicated the steps he was taking, had the parts he needed either in hand or delivered to him and got my water system and hot water heater back up and running.
