Everything was quick and easy from the booking of my appointment online, to having availability quickly to the actual service and repair of my oven in under an hour!

You told me that I needed to replace the drain pump, which cost $240+tax(labor+part), but you couldn't repair it right away. I thought that if I didn't let you repair it, I would pay the $133.23 diagnostic fee, but if I let you repair it, then I should only pay $240 + tax. Don't you fix the washer without checking it first? If I pay $133.23 + $240 + tax, which is more expensive than buying a new washer, is it worth it? If your diagnostic fee is not included in the total repair fee, then you should make it clear in the text message that You sent me to confirm my appointment. If you put it below in a very small font on your website, no one will notice. I have to spend $373.23 + tax to repair an old washer, I prefer to buy a new one. This is my lesson.
