I hired Curleys Custom Care to fine grade, remove stones from my topsoil, import additional topsoil and hydroseed my large and irregular yard after waiting 6 months for a different contractor who never showed up. I felt comfortable enough with Eric and his team on day one that I requested a number of additional services including metal edging, stone mulch, shredded wood mulch and numerous buried downspout drain extensions. Eric offered to go back to the office to revise his lump sum proposal or to do the work on a time-and-materials (T&M) basis.
