SUPER HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE! They were very honest and helpful - it felt like working with your handy neighbor whose willing to help out any way they can. They were easy to schedule and quick to come out and help me with my small backyard garden pond. I asked a million questions since I've never owned a pond and they gladly answered all of them as they walked me through every step of owning and maintaining my pond. They were very well knowledgeable in every aspect. The service was great and the price was very affordable. I'll be calling them again anytime I have a question or issue that I need. Needed help with sago weed in my natural ponds. Nick was out prior, so had knowledge of my ponds. He recommended a treatment, I followed directions and within days, the sago was dead!
