I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. They went ahead and completed work that I never authorized, despite my clear request for an estimate before any repairs were started. The job was done without my consent, and I was later presented with a bill for charges I hadn’t agreed to. When I asked for clarification, the communication was vague and unhelpful. They also refused to provide a detailed price breakdown, making it impossible to understand what I was actually being billed for. I expect professionalism, honesty, and transparency from any service provider, but this company failed on all three counts. I will not be using their services again and strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company.

I called this company for a diagnostic visit to check a possible leak — I wasn’t sure if it was coming from my hot water tank. Somehow, the office misunderstood and sent a crew to completely replace my water heater without my approval or even providing a quote first. When I questioned why the work was done, they insisted I had authorized it — which I absolutely did not. Instead of handling the situation politely, the office staff was short and dismissive, telling me I still needed to pay. I told them to come pick up their water heater and return mine. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly disappointing. I definitely will not be using them again and would recommend Gillum Waddell every single time instead.

I cannot thank Luis enough. he went above and beyond. came out immediately after hours to help ! he said he doesn't get "recognition" for reviews & shout outs but he needs to !. he explained the issue to me ... & he even stayed to make sure he fixed the problem ( which he didn't have to ) again I cannot thank him enough and I recommend that when calling the company you ask for him to come and complete service.

Our main sewer line backed up on Saturday. We made it through the weekend and called at 8:00 am on Monday morning. They were able to fit us in later that morning and even came in the rain. Great service, great price and we can flush again. Thanks Curry.

Love working with these guys!!! They’ve repiped my house, and cleaned my septic lines on several occasions, always good work, no nonsense, good pricing, will continue going to them for my plumbing needs!!!!
