Extremely overpriced, misleading, and unprofessional. This company charged me $875 for what they labeled a “roof repair,” despite the fact that no materials were used at all. Two workers were on site for roughly two hours—four total labor hours—which breaks down to over $218 per hour per worker. That rate is completely unreasonable and far outside what most homeowners would ever expect for basic labor. When I calmly asked for a simple explanation of how this price was justified, my question was ignored rather than answered. Instead of transparency, I was met with avoidance. At payment, they then added a 3% credit card fee that was never disclosed beforehand, which only reinforced the feeling of being taken advantage of. I and folks I know have used them in the past, because they will NEVER SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED. When's the last time some one spent 15 minutes on your roof and told you "problem fixed no charge." I had tiles I could see from the ground had shifted/misplaced during the monsoon. They got up on the ladder, looked at it, did something, and came down and told me- problem fixed, no charge, thanks for being a loyal customer.

Had been thinking about installing a solar tube in my hallway. Attended one of the home shows, and was sold. Alex was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Once I made the appointment, everything went smoothly. Installation was great, and now I get to enjoy light in the hallway. Curtis-C Roofing came recommended by our builder and we noticed two cracked tiles . It was about a month until we could get on the schedule. When they arrived they were on-time professional and quick. The customer service was great and the lady on the phone was very informative and helpful. They will be our first call for any other roofing issues.
