Curtis Drainfield

In 2018 I was a single Mom and my septic system had an issue. I called Curtis drainfield and they told me I needed new floats and a new panel. I trusted the experts and paid their $1500 bill. Today, that new panel caught on fire and could have burned my house down. None of the wiring was to code and a mess of electric cables were just heat wrapped/spliced and thrown inside the tank. A cable leading to the new panel was cut/frayed. I hope no one hires Curtis Drainfield especially if you dont have any clue about the code and correct way to do the work because you can not trust that they will do it the right way on their own. Now I have to pay to have the work done over and correctly. Very disappointed.

High water alarm on my septic pump tank at 3 AM. Turned alarm off and moved the switch to manual (hand) in attempt to pump the tank below the high limit sensor to no avail. Good indication that the 20 year old pump had failed. Judy booked my service appointment for the next morning 0830 and the crew showed up on time. I had them here in 2017 for a failed high limit sensor. A new Liberty 280 pump was installed and it was done in short order. Great crew that answered my questions and performed quality work even with a mechanical engineer staying out of the way watching.

Prompt service. Curtis DRAINFIELD’s installed my new conventional four bedroom septic system, As my previous system failed. I chose CURTIS because of they Had the most experience And they had the best price.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not concerned about customer service, or satisfaction at all. Judy will completly ignore you, and not answer any follow up questions you have. They will not consult where you want your system installed, and they will do a shoddy job. When questioned why the control panel for my $50,000 septic system was placed in the middle of my back yard instead of a protected area like next to my house, I was told "that's where they are typically placed". I made it clear I wanted it moved, but I have been completely ignored. Additionally, my builder, and the health inspector don't have to LIVE in my house, they can "inspect" and "approve" anything, and not have to live with the fumes coming out of the septic system 15 feet from my back door. Very wonderful company, I appreciated their hard work and enjoyed their very friendly interactions. They were very understanding and worked very easily with me regarding my animals. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
