We chose Curtis Lumber for our cabinetry project specifically because we were given a clear timeline by their representative. That timeline was a major factor in our decision to move forward with them. Unfortunately, that commitment was not honored, and when the delay occurred, we were told timelines cannot be guaranteed. That is not what was communicated to us when we placed the order. In addition to the delay, the cabinet arrived damaged and required hours of on-site repair. Cabinets should not be delivered broken, especially on a project with an already tight installation schedule. This caused further disruption and unnecessary labor. Construction at your home is always a stressful time, and during a stressful situation, Curtis stepped up. With the extreme cold we had this year in the northeast I had an issue with the lumber that was delivered ( Warping) they were quick to address the issue, they picked up and replaced the lumber / Trim not once but twice. John Veirs in trim and the entire management team were very good to work with and quick to remedy a stressful situation. A+++++ Thank you

I like the prices of the big box stores but when you need actual help with specifics you might as well talk to the wall. That is where Curtis Lumber excels. Needed help with ordering the right deck material and they knocked it out of the park. Great to work with made it easy.

Curtis is fantastic! We used Jay to help design our Kitchen and Baths as well as Amanda from the lighting department to pick out all our lights/ fixtures for our new construction. Working with them both has been a wonderful experience. Their knowledge and expertise has been a trustworthy experience.

Place is huge.. had exactly what I needed and was really the only option open for what I needed on a Sunday. Staff very alert and helpful. Was wild to actually have people ready help the whole time I was there. Complete different feel from the other big box stores
