Curtis Lumber Co Inc

I arrived this morning to purchase 17 pieces of primed base shoe molding. The sales associate had no idea that they’re all 16 foot lengths. She had to ask for a manager cause she thought they were random lengths and then when I arrived in the warehouse to pick the molding up, the two people that helped me were completely incapable of using shrink wrap to wrap it. I had to provide it out of my own truck and then redo it because they had no concept of what they were doing. It’s very disappointing at the competency level of the individuals today!

I love Curtis Lumber and their cabin kits but working with Tom was a nightmare. He never responded to questions, was not helpful in the ordering process, and didn’t have any knowledge. We tried to switch representatives but for some reason that was not allowed. I will not return to the Queensbury location because of Tom. This is a great company but Tom is hurting the experience. I advise everyone to go to a different location. Edit: his name tag says Thomas but he goes by Tom

Great products (professional series) you won't find at the box stores like HD or Lowes, & priced pretty competitively. Great staff, especially the outside crew. My only gripe is the early closing hour. Seriously, if they were open with just a skeleton crew until 9 pm, once word got out, they'd move product enough to justify the operating cost ++... But like I said, that's my only gripe so that's good because I can gripe like it's my job!! 🇺🇸😎🇺🇸

Much better service than the Big Box stores! Nice to talk with clerks that know what it is they’re selling.

Love this place. Quality wood at a great value. Nice, knowledgeable people. Easy pick up. Don’t go to a big box store. Go local. You’ll be happy with the product and service.
