Mark, the manager of the Orchard Park location is very knowledgeable about the different type of floorings and very easy to work with. We had a vinyl plank floor installed in the kitchen and carpeting in a living room. Vince the installer for the kitchen is very meticulous and the floor came out perfectly. James M. the installer for the living room carpet along with his helper were like a well oiled machine moving very fast and efficient and did an outstanding job. We have purchased carpets and flooring from Custom for over 50 years and have always been very satisfied. Highly recommend them.

I went in looking for carpet for a new home purchase. I picked out a carpet and asked the sales person based off the zillow diagram what is the ball park price. She proceeded to show me other carpets. I said can you not get the carpet I picked out? She said she didn't know. She said her co worker would need to figure out the prices and call me back. This was 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten a phone call. Custom Carpet used to have a reliable pristine reputation. I am so disappointed in my experience. I can't believe Custom Capert ghosted me.

I was very pleased from the time I entered the store until my carpet was installed. Very informed and courteous staff and installers were friendly and neat. This is my third bedroom! I honestly felt I got a wonderful deal. No regrets here. Thank you.

I just wanted to thank you very much for all the hard work that you guys did from the beginning of us coming in and the salesman helping us very much. He gave us a lot of selections. He explained everything to us Help just pick up the perfect carpet for our home they were very professional and the gentleman that came with both of them they came to install. It were very professional. They ask us so many questions. Make sure everything was correct in the way that we wanted it.
