The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I chose the Coretec flooring. The trim color matches my kitchen cupboards perfectly. The installation team was fantastic. There were several challenges they had to overcome while installing the flooring in the laundry room working around existing piping and tight spaces.

No problem with any part of the process. Dean in the store was easy to deal with and not pushy. The installation was great and they vacuumed and left the room ready to put furniture back. Would make future projects at this location! Thanks Dean

Our new carpet purchase was great. Connie at the Tonawanda store was very helpful with her keen eye for color and pattern. Matt and Chris did a wonderful job installing everything. Mack was helpful and got me a good deal on remnants cuts, but the install team bent the heck out of my floor radiator and then told me there is nothing they could do for me although it needs to be fixed. Will not be going back.

Used custom carpet center for two projects in my home. The first time the installer we got was quick,neat and professional and did a wonderful job. We decided to use the company again for upstairs bedroom and hallway and never again! The project took forever. The installer was late and constantly rescheduling the project took weeks. The project was left incomplete. Custom Carpet center had to order us a new stair nose. When the stair nose finally came it was never glued down. Every time i go up and down my stairs I worry myself or one of my family members will trip on the stair nose. I have been calling custom carpet for 1 year to try to get someone to come fix it and my calls are never returned. This company got paid and then left me high and dry! I would never recommend them
