Highly recommend! Tom, and everyone at Custom Climate Comfort have been wonderful to work with. I was referred to Tom by my previous HVAC guy and I’m so glad we went with them. They have been doing our maintenance for a while now, and it finally came time to replace the AC unit. They have always been honest with us about the process, and what’s next. There were no surprise charges, and they kept a very clean workspace! Just call them! 😃

We had intermittent heating problems the Monday into Tuesday after Thanksgiving. Although Tom had a full plate of service calls and other in process installs, he squeezed us in on Monday. Even returning the next morning to ensure everything was working properly. Jodi answered our calls in a more than timely manner. The repair was reasonably priced and we now have a dependable HVAC contractor.

I was recommended to Tom by my older sister who had him service her furnace. I first called the main line and spoke with Jodie who was very kind and courteous. She relayed my messages to Tom and minutes later I received a call. Tom was very prompt and responsive. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me the best and worst case scenarios therefore I could prepare financially . He was efficient, through, and reasonably priced. We appreciated your service Tom! Thank you! Will be using and recommending this company for any future issues!

Tom came out for a second opinion after another company came to tune up my AC unit. Tom was incredibly professional and thorough. He made sure I understood the issue and what needed to be done to address it. Would absolutely recommend his company to others and will be contacting them in the fall for my furnace tune up.
