Peter Snelten & Sons, Inc (Snelten Well & Pump)

Our well pump failed today and needed to be replaced and we called Peter Snelten and Sons. We have been very pleased with them since they installed our system over 40 years ago. Today they again were wonderful with their service as they were able to work us into their busy schedule and get the new pump installed same day. Kyle W and Luke were amazing technicians and not only did a perfect job but they answered my questions allowing me to feel very comfortable with the installation. I recommend Peter Snelten and Sons to anyone who needs quality well pump work anywhere within the service area.

Very happy with the experience! Our well started shooting water out into the yard last Wednesday, and I called Peter Snelten & Sons and they came out on Friday to assess the situation. Matt did a great job talking me through everything - I explained the issue and showed the problems I was aware of. He pointed out several additional issues and talked me through probable causes of the problems I was seeing. Basically, he did a great job of answering all of my myriad non-well expert questions, explained all the work, and gave me some worst case scenarios about what they might find and costs involved (he stressed that he felt it was unlikely, but of course they can never know until they get in there). Very impressed with their service. We had the well pump replaced along with the pressure tank. Adam/Eddie showed up on time, presented a reasonable estimate and completed the job within few hours and we had water in the home again. 5 stars and highly recommend.

We were able to get our well drilled in the fall of 2024.Mr. Brad, Mr. Ryan and their team did a very good job. They are also very nice and friendly. They always try their best to respect the property during work. They are very responsive, always come to you at the very first time when you need their help. Thank you guys!
