I have bought 5 complete Furnace / AC systems from Custom Comfort over the last 15 years ( previous home, current home, both my kids houses, pole barn ) - they always go the extra mile to make sure everything works great and I am happy. No heat after 5 pm on an aging furnace ? Dave makes sure a tech is on his way as fast as possible. way better response, service, knowledge than the bought out corporate chains.

We had an aging furnace and an ancient air conditioner. I read reviews of several local HVAC businesses and felt that Custom Comfort would fit my needs. I am so glad we choose them! They were efficient, professional and reasonably priced. When they left everthing was cleaned up and no debris was left anywhere. They even came back and fine tuned our zoning system! I would highly recommend Custom Comfort for your heating, cooling and zoning systems! Systems replaced summer of 2025.

I put this review on Yelp. It is very hard to get a bad review out. This is the quick version. Furnace blower would not turn on. Two came out to look at it. I have an older furnace. They said I needed a new one, 3600 dollars installed next day. 20 degrees outside. Told them I would think about it. Looked online. It said the fan might be stuck. I spun the fan to remove the obstruction. It has been running great for 3 months now. So basically, they sent out two repair men to charge me 120 dollars to sell me a new furnace. What a scam----there reply was that it a cracked heat exchanger, I only saw small scratches--NO SAFETY ISSUE--I would just like MY 120 DOLLARS REFUNDED--It is Jan 5th and my furnace is running great What is this about a water heater? I highly recommend these people fair in honest prices. They came out today within a few hours. told me 120 for the service call. fixed my furnace and the $120 service call covered everything highly satisfied.

I have used Custom Comfort for my home (they replaced my furnace and a/c units and did a fabulous job!) and needed some help with our business' air conditioning issue. I called and set up an appt for them to come check out why we were not getting cold air. Derik called to let me know he was on his was, arrived at the time quoted and then figured things out quickly and fixed our issue. What a wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional young man!
