Garrett Basement Waterproofing

Garrett Basement waterproofing recently completed a job at one of my homes. Top notch crew! Their pricing is competative and the process they use is more advanced than some. They were quick, responsive, and took great care while working in my basement. Do not expect a job of this nature to not leave some dirt and dust or you will be disappointed- but the Garrett crew does everything they can to minimize and cleans best they can when finishing the job. I would highly recommend John and his crew and will be using them again at another home where I need some waterproofing done.

Garrett Waterproofing finished my basement, and wow! It was a great experience start to finish. Ray came out to look at the basement and was so thorough and easy to talk to. He explained everything so well. John and the crew came to do the installation and I can't say enough good things about the guys! They worked so hard and took great care with everything. They were all so nice and easy to talk with. I finally have a dry basement, I never thought it would be possible! They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

I don't often recommend even if I give a good review, however this is different. When Ray came to view the basement, he took the time to walk thru and tell me about the issues that he found. We talked about the conditions, and he provided me with my options. I did not feel pressured. He explained the differences in the 2 types of systems that are available. He did not use fancy terms just language that I could understand. I shared with him to total cost of the estimate I had received from another company. There was a huge difference in price and Garret was offering more. My decision was based on the honesty and the customer service. Once I signed my contract the Owner called to say thank you for the business. The work crew came introduced themselves and walked me thru the steps they

Ray came out an assessed our basement wall and gave us solutions to get rid of humidity. He provided us a ton of knowledge. Did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would highly recommend Garret waterproofing.
