We had our furnace die on us right before a cold front was coming in. Shane and Leticia swooped in for the rescue and were able to work their schedule to get a new furnace picked up and installed same day. Shane was knowledgeable and took care of everything and even left the room cleaner than he found it. We couldn't be happier or more thankful about the fantastic customer service and very reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone I know. Shane and his Leticia were awesome to work with! Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Shane went out of his way to help me and my family with our furnace issue. Custom Comfort did a superb job servicing our furnace. We had a stale smell inside our house and the furnace hadn't been cleaned in a log time. After Shane was finished the smell had almost dicipated and our furnace was clean. Thanks Custom Comfort!
