Laminate countertops were completed according to directions and in about 2 1/2 weeks. Good quality work. I think the price was fair, although I didn't compare because I wanted to support a small business instead of a big corporation. Service is neither friendly nor unfriendly. Questions are answered, but there's not much in the way of helpful advice for someone who doesn't do this for a living. If you do some research in advance to know what questions to ask, you'll be fine. A note about sink cut-outs. I paid $10 to have this done, but it's just the corners so I had to cut the rest anyway. To be fair, cutting the whole thing ahead of time would have weakened the countertop for travel. Just wished I would have know ahead of time.

Experts at what they do. Great communication with customers (they ask the right questions to get you exactly what you need). Always have been spot on with measurements. Have only had long wait times around holidays when their suppliers have delayed deliverys.

Cutom countertop does an outstanding job and are very meticulous to the last detail. Their HD laminate looks like natural stone -completeing my kitchen for 1/3 of its price. Very happy!! Thanks Tim!!
