Custom Counters by Precision

Custom Counters installed our kitchen counters back in the summer of 2022. They had to come back later that year to fix the sink as it was separating from the counter. More recently, the issue has been happening again. I called back this week on Monday and left a message. Followed up again on Thursday to see if they were able to come out and take a look at the sink and counters again. I was told to call my cabinet company. I had used Touch of Class Fine Finishing for cabinet painting not installation of cabinets as these are not new cabinets. They told me they do not do business with Touch of Class and they couldn't help. When I tried to question why I would call them, they hung up on me. I’m glad I contacted Custom Counters for this job. The process was stress-free. Their talented installers left me with a beautiful shower. The crew was very courteous, neat and careful while in my home. When they finished, they made sure I was satisfied and then they cleaned up nicely. Overall my wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the work of your Custom Counters.

On 8/13/2020, an incident occurred at my home involving Custom Counters by Precision who were installing my kitchen counter tops. The appointment was for the workers to come between 12:00-3:00 pm. At 3:30 pm the workers arrived while no one was at the house. At 3:56 pm, I was alerted there was motion detected from my home security camera on the 2nd floor, where the only 2 bedrooms are located. The video showed both workers walking to the top of the stairs making the turn towards bedrooms and the red security light alerted them. The first worker quickly turned around and forewarned the other worker in Spanish there was a camera. They retreated down the stairs and you hear them moving the plastic curtain which was hanging up and taped to the walls as a barrier to prevent dust and workers f

Bill (owner) and the folks at Custom Counters are the best. They came in and designed exactly what I wanted, which was a well-proportioned and beautiful Uba Tuba granite countertop (with backsplash) for a standalone base counter. And the installation was very quick and painless. The installers arrived within the scheduled appointment period and no mess was left behind. I strongly recommend Custom Counters.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our sink dropped out and we were referred to them by our plumber…. The call staff was rude and unreliable, the rep was difficult to understand and unclear/uneducated about process or changes. Couple that with them not telling me of any stipulations or plumbing aversions in advance to the booking or service. The result of the sink being mounted but the plumbing is disconnected and being told, after waiting overnight as instructed, that they are unable to reconnect and we will need to get a plumber. When I called to ask, the rep was rude, talked over me, cut me off, put me on hold with no notice (just a brief hold on). The actual workers were nice and timely but the overall experience has diminished my view. In short, I highly do not recommend
