This company refaced my existing bathroom cabinets. Their work is impeccable, high quality, and professionally done. Willie and Ben are very efficient. Their office manager Lyn is very responsive. All the staff members in this company are reliable and knowledgeable. You can tell they have been doing this for a long time, just from looking at the actual work finished. Custom Countertops has been in the business since 1992, and there are particularly good reasons they lasted this long. This is my go-to company for any fixes I need done for my cabinets even if they did not originally reface some of my cabinets, such as my kitchen cabinets. I prefer to call them because they are exceptionally reliable and ALWAYS willing to help me, their customer. After you pay, they still want to please. Wha
You will need to be patient in the way of communication. They may forget who you are from time to time they aren't great with electronic communication but I promise you their on the job work ethic and skill is second to none. They resurfaced/refaced our cabinets saving us thousands. Made us love our kitchen again. Worked non-stop and cleaned up nicely. Beautiful work would use them again in a heartbeat.

BYERS BEWARE!!! All around worse experience. The owners silence speaks loudly Ms. Yoshida (owner). My review will is honest, representive of your bad customer service and Ms. Yoshida unwillingness to make amend the wrongs. The problems are listed below: 1. Quoting $700 less than charged 2. Cutting out sink 10 inches off specs. (This she apologize for) Install date delayed 10 days as new counter flown in. 4. Missing Backsplash form side wall. 5. Missing lament attached to backsplash
Lynn and Willy have given us the best service for 7 years. We have redone 80 units at an apartment building and their service is the best.
