We decided it was time to get rid of the blue carpet through out the entire house. The decorators and staff helped us pick out a ceramic tile that we used for everywhere but the 3 bedrooms and they helped us select a natural carpet for those rooms. The installers were top notch. Very flexible and the 137 lbs golden retriever roaming around didn't phase them at all. We had the house appraised recently and the ceramic tile added more value to the home then we paid for it. Well worth the investment! The McCormick's are happy customers.

The staff at Custom Design represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Staff was very easy to work with and always available to answer any questions I had. Tim went above the call of duty to make sure we were HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I just love MY NEW FLOORS.
