Kristen was simply amazing. This is the second time she’s helped me and I’d highly recommend her. She’s an expert. Nate was awesome. Very knowledgeable on installation. I was struggling with other blind places because of the new windows I put in and they made me so happy with the final product.

Timm the technician was great. He arrived on time, and installed the blinds more quickly than I thought possible. They looked terrific and worked just as I had hoped. He also took a quick look at what I thought was a broken rod on some old blinds elsewhere in my house. He saw the issue and quickly clicked the rod back in place in 10 seconds. I had been agonizing over those blinds for weeks. I will definitely call these folks back if I ever decide to replace my old blinds in the house.

Excellent company to work with and rare to find this kind of customer service! Installers were incredible. My skylight shades were not an easy install & they were able to make all the necessary adjustments so that they work smoothly. I have large windows and love the motorized shades, especially the solar shades that keep my energy costs down. Great quality products.

Have ordered many blinds from this company and have been very happy with their quality and the customer service provided. Timm just installed some new blinds for our new windows and did an excellent job. He was fast and efficient and very friendly.
