James at Custom Electric SD was excellent to work with. I had already purchased a new flush mount light fixture, and he handled the removal and installation quickly and professionally. Communication was easy from start to finish. He was also extremely friendly and efficient with his time. I would absolutely recommend James to anyone needing electrical work done.

James was amazing! Great experience overall. I put out a request to a few people for a quote for a ceiling exhaust fan install. James responded with a precise quote for the cost of labor + the fan to be installed and provided all parts, so I didn't have to purchase anything on my own. He gave me the details of the product he planned to install so I could google and ensure it is what I wanted. He texted me to align on scheduling and let me know when he had time open up earlier in case I wanted him to come early. He was super nice and arrived and installed the fan wonderfully. Great guy, great experience. Highly recommend. :)

James has done work at our home on two occasions, and both experiences have been excellent. He's communicative, respectful of our home, and detail oriented. I will happily call him again for any future needs and would recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.
