I had a great experience. I stopped by looking for scrap pieces to make a wedding gift—a cutting board for a friend—and they were incredibly helpful, even on short notice. They helped me choose the perfect piece, cut it to the right size, and polished it beautifully—all by the end of the day. They also gave me great recommendations about the best stone types to use for what it was intended for. Their customer service and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any granite or stone needs!

We appreciate the courtesy and straight forward conversation; no twists & turns, just get to the honest truth of the matter. Installation was quicker than expected so a blessing. Great job all the way around. We respect a business that is honest up front about how long it might take so we can plan. We also respect when a small business has to close at times for lunch or other unknown reasons. I guess everyone is ENTITLED to their opinion though.Hope to add pics later or the owner can; can't see the beautiful countertops in our kitchen right now LOL

Integrity and work ethic is not their strong suit. We purchased and spent a significant amount of money on granite slabs to be shipped to this facility, to be cut and then installed in our home by Bryan, the owner & Mark w/CGI. They agreed to contact us when the slabs were received to discuss the cuts and placement (naturally-unreplicated and patterned type slabs). The owner and employee took it upon themselves to decide our cuts and placement, without any discussion before cutting the slabs - unlike origanilly guaranteed. When confronted, Mark's response was "oh well, too late now." "It will look great, don't worry about it." We are stuck with the cut choices CGI made for us. Beware before trusting them with an expensive material, like we did. Don't take their word on anything.

I am posting this for my mother, google won't let me change the name. Bryan the owner was more than happy to expedite a small table top we needed for a stand after installing Kitchen countertops. Beautiful job and gracious in handling the project. Later when I needed a black piece of Granite to complement my dad's Veteran's plague he worked with me to find a scrap piece, drilled the holes for mounting it, finished all the edges and polished it in the time frame I requested, without charge. It turned out perfect. I personally had not met Bryan before my mom went there to pick out her granite. I have been thoroughly impressed by his graciousness. Dominique D.

My husband has been working close by so we decided to go by and I'm so glad we did! I am so happy with thier work. Alittle miscommunication on our part but Mark and his team where very accommodating! Building can be extremely stressful but they did everything to make it easy! Everyone we encountered was helpful and extremely nice! I would definitely recommend!
