My husband & I read about this company through Facebook & we are so thankful we reached out to them for our new roof. We worked with such a great team, Demetrius, Kimberly & Neil, who made this whole process such a breeze. Communication with them was superb, always quick to answer every question & kept us up to date every step of the way. We received a text the week of & the day before keeping us informed on the plan, & the team arrived right on time & ready to work. We were so impressed with the work & cleanup from all the crew, and we love our new roof. I highly recommend Custom Home Improvement for any home improvement needs!

We recently had our roof replaced by Custom Home Improvement here in Chesapeake, VA, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The roofing crew arrived right on time and immediately got to work. Their professionalism and efficiency were clear from the beginning. Neil, the project manager, quickly identified several trouble spots that could have caused long-term structural issues. Instead of applying a temporary fix, he consulted with other managers to determine the best long-term solution for our deck roof. He truly went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done correctly and built to last. Had a wonderful experience!!! Repeat customer. Dealt with a great team of Mark, Chad and Dylan. They came out to replace a leaking window and the siding on that section of the house. They were very communicative and respectful. Got the job done in half a day. Will use Custom Home Improvements for all needed home repairs.

Easiest consultation and estimate! The staff is a pleasure to work with and the roof quality is fantastic. We are extremely pleased with their work!
