The quality of my addition is awful. The mud wasn't dry when they painted, then the builder called the electrician to install inset lighting, again while mud was still wet. Almost all of the wall electrical outlets have unacceptable and just plain sloppy mud work due to the builder having to redo mud around them. My ceiling where lights are is split all the way across the room. The walls and ceilings have spots of clumps of mud, and they painted right over them. The windows were not cleaned and the screens are full of white sheet rock dust that will not come off. The floor at the door has a big gap. The windows are not even on the front. The ceiling wasn't painted with proper paint.The worker that did 90% of the work was awesome but the builder rushed him and he ended up making a big fat m

Went with this because we wanted to keep the money locally. Slick talker job was not done profesionaly having to have a handyman come and fix all the problems. Had this .company replace couner tops 8n bathrooms.I had to order one that contractor said they did not make this size anymore.Do not use this company.

Jay and his crew did a great job replacing all the windows in our home as well as redoing our deck and turning our screened-in porch into a sunroom! Great communication, showed up every day, and worked the entire day until the job was done. I would highly recommend this contractor. (We also just hired them for kitchen and bathroom renovations.)

Our real estate team recommended Jay for our beach house remodel. Though our house is small in square feet (1100) we asked Jay to do a lot: completely new deck, add a bathroom, change our covered porch into a new master bedroom, change walls around and nearly reconfigure the entire house. He has been very good at communicating with us long distance, as we are seven hours from the property. He has been working to help us stay within in our budget as well. He has been on schedule, sends pictures, is very clear on expectations and sends his gratitude for the work. A very stand-up, honest contractor, who always communicates-that is hard to find!
