I contracted with Custom Kitchens to remodel my kitchen. Their owner came out and made a proposal. The proposal was very high level with only a few detailed items listed. Plumbing and electricity were listed as TBD. The price appeared in line with what some of our friends had paid so we went with them. This is when the problems started. The granite we chose he claimed did not fit in the price he quoted and thus an increase. He proposed a sink which we bought for $600 when we could have bought it ourselves for much cheaper. The installation of the quartz counter tops took longer than promised because the cuts were wrong. Fortunately, there was more of the piece we selected in stock. His electrician gave us a price of $4,100. I called another electrician and they did the same work for $1,800

We moved into a home with a beautiful kitchen recently renovated by Custom Kitchens and, when we had a need pop up involving a warranty claim, Curtis and Blake went above and beyond to help with the process. We recently had our Master bathroom remodeled with Custom Kitchens. A few years back they remodeled our kitchen. Custom Kitchen has the finest materials and solution offerings one could ever want. The secret sauce, however, is the people that make up the company. They are the best qualified and great at what they do. This kind of work demands professionalism and the ability to listen and effectively respond - CKI is excellent across the board.

Curtis could not have been a better project manager for our kitchen reno. Everyone was personable, understanding, and experts in their field. They gave us great suggestions in our vision without coming off in a pushy manner. We also really appreciate the constant communication throughout the entire project. When an issue would come up, they already had a solution thought out. We would recommend them to anyone for your kitchen or home renovation needs!

Our 2’ x 4 ‘ custom island took 6 months to complete and the initial quote provided during the in studio design process was mot at all acceptable. We ended up spending thousands more than we were quoted. It looks great ,though.
