Custom Metal Structures

We bought 2 storage buildings from them (1 large and 1 small) and were so happy with then, went back and not another, then got another, then got a carport. Just love them - so nice and easy to work with. Now I need another building/carport. looking forward to visiting with them again.

Horrible experience. The woman in the office is very disrespectful and demanding. First thing that happened when I called, they talk smack about a previous potential buyer. She will also keep you on the phone a lot longer than necessary. When I got there I met the owner who was very polite! He told me everything he knew and didn't lie about anything. Then he gave me room to inspect the product as he went back to work. So far my experience is fantastic exactly how sellers should treat potential buyers. Well about 20 minutes in, the woman in the office comes out and starts getting in my face with a horrible attitude about how I disrespect her husband for taking too long. I visited this business looking to get a quote on a metal inclosed garage. The office was close and a sign say please call their number due to Covid. I did so and asked the lady when she would be in the office or can I set up an appointment. She raised her voice and said she was offended by my questions. Saying didn't you see the sign about Covid. I informed her I did and it's why I called her number. She kept going on about being offended by my questions. I asked her how we where supposed to do business if we can't meet. She said over the phone. I responded by asking if she expected me to do business over the phone for a building that would cost nearly $15,000. She said yes. I asked how do you expect to get the design of my building correct and she didn't give me a good answer to that que

All I can say is wow. I called and asked a simple question. The dealer said they would call me back. Four days later, still no returned call so I called back. I had a simple question... I was simply asking if the building which I am going to now purchase somewhere else could be erected on a block footing and concrete slab instead of just slab. I was rudely interrupted and told no. Once I questioned why, she rudely interrupted me again and told me that I was challenging them. I again said no, but this is exactly how stick built garages are built and I have seen many steel structures built the same way. She again, interrupted me and said this conversation is over so I hung up. BE AWARE. I WILL BE BUYING MY $7500 BUILDING ELSEWHERE.
