We have been with this company 10 years. We had paid for work to be done with the previous owner of this company last year. It was not a cheap job by any stretch. We were not happy with the work and after a year and many phone calls and text messages and frustration we called one day to find out they had sold the company. No one told us prior to that phone call. We also discovered the work they documented they did was not done to our home and what they did do they did a horrific job of. The new owner has went above and beyond to fix a problem that was not his to fix. He has answered all of our questions and every phone call and had employees at our home multiple times. While he couldn’t entirely fix what they did not do correctly and didn’t do at all that the previous owner let us down on

Durning my annual moisture inspection in September it was discussed that I needed the plastic (vapor barrier) replaced under the house. It was in poor shape. I agreed to the replacement and moisture treatment. After the job was done, I was frustrated that the whole house was not done. There was a misunderstanding because there was an addition to the house. I made a call and the owner of the company immediately came out and was great with handling the misunderstanding. The rest of the work was done and we were all happy. They were great to work with and response to the issue was immediate. Very professional!

The previous owners charged $4500 to remove toxic mold in the crawlspace and attempt a repair to a sink pipe, toilet, and shower. Sink pipe is still fixed. Shower repair involved propping up a block of wood, has fallen down, and shower is just as problematic as before. The inside of the toilet was changed but the leaking pipe was ignored, and it now runs nonstop. The new owners did a surprise visit without warning or consent, started sending me invoices for services I did not ask for nor agree to, and it took multiple emails and phone calls to end the harassment for invoices they made up. They said they would check into the $4500 I was charged, claimed I was greatly overcharged for the services, and would look to make things right. They never contacted me again.
