I give no stars! The crew that came to my house from the Dyersburg Tennessee store removed my storm door that was absolutely fine and had been placed a couple of years ago from Lowes. They removed it to install my new wood door that I spent thousands of dollars for. It was a special order. They were supposed to replace the storm door back of the way it was originally installed. It was not installed properly and the workers told me they had to leave because they had to go put up a fence because that’s what they do. Excuse me! I thought you install doors? They told me their boss would be coming to fix this the next day and of course I have not heard or seen from anyone! I Took off work to have this work done in one day as I was told what happen. They also asked if I wanted some sort of decor

Great Communication, friendly, courteous service and expert installation made our home look years younger! Couldn’t recommend them more highly, and will definitely work with them on difficult projects in the future! A+ Service in all respects!

Got a storm door installed by Wayne. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. My install was originally scheduled almost a month out, but they called me a few days after I purchased the door to install it. I am very pleased with everything.

These guys installed 2 huge patio doors i bought from Lowe's. The doors came in larger than what was ordered but Andy & Richard came out twice to measure and were able to make them work without me having to go through the reorder process and wait to have them remade. The install was done perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend!
