We can not say enough about our experience with Custom Pools. We know nothing about caring for a pool or pool equipment. Custom Pools came in and set us up with a heater. We knew from the very start of our interactions that the company operated from a place of integrity. We also had so many questions about caring for our pool, and they were informative, patient and kind to us. We had a solid 6 months of swimming in our pool this year and many great family and friends memories were made.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from Chad and all the employees since the first day we set down to order the pool. He went through all the details and answered all my questions. He is always very responsive if I have any issues and with help keeping my pool sparkling clean. I highly recommend Custom Pools for your future needs!
