I'm not one to leave bad reviews, I just won't use that establishment again. But, when you're out $13k, I don't want anyone else to have to go through buying something that don't work. I bought this system to add to my business and each time I have tried to use the soft wash system it has not worked. My friends that own soft wash systems laugh at me saying you should not need to prime anything. They just press a button and get going. The pressure washer works great but that is it. The soft wash system should make my life easier, and it has made it worse. It gets old having to call Bill so he could walk me through something that don't work. It is a glorified garbage cleaner. Great guy, Amazing equipment. Waited for me to get there at 4pm on a Saturday to purchase a trailer. Gave me the whole run down on how to properly operate the whole trailer.
