Unfortunately, my family and I had a horrible experience with Custom Systems HVAC. They installed a new HVAC system in our house approximately two years ago. In December of 2021, we lost heat. Three employees spent over eight hours at our house, managed to fix the heat, but told us the AC would need more work. Given that it was December, we were okay with this information. The company never came back to finish the job, despite multiple calls and email requests pleading for their attention. Finally, in despair, we called another HVAC provider. The repair cost us an additional $3K on a not quite three-year old system that we purchased from Custom Systems, and we are still not done with all of their mistakes. I couldn't have been happier! I received 5 bids for a new heat pump. 3 from the large HVAC companies and 2 from smaller companies. The two smaller companies didn't have fancy vans, double screen laptops and big sales presentations... They showed up, and did the quote. Custom System had a great price and well reviewed product. Very consultative on what we really needed in our home. We have 3 other heat pumps and will absolutely use them again when it's time to replace the next in line. We couldn't be happier with the job done!

Custom Systems are the only people I call for HVAC, they're reliable and great to work with!
