I hired O’Connell and his cousin (Ron Dickson Corp) to remodel the entire upper floor of my home, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Their finish carpenter was excellent, but nearly everything O’Connell, Ron, and their subcontractors touched was done incorrectly. O’Connell tried to collect the remaining balance on the contract before the job was finished, and then he disappeared. The hardwood floors were never fully completed. All of the plumbing had to be torn out and redone. Floor joists were compromised due to improper plumbing cuts and needed structural repairs. Headers were removed and not properly supported. The list of things that were unfinished or done wrong is enormous. It cost me well over $40,000 to fix the damage and incomplete work they left behind, and O’Connell was at

O'Connell and his team, Tony and Ryan, just completed our phase 1 remodeling project. It was a full kitchen and main bath tear out, plus significant architectural changes to our dining room. They are amazing. The results were even better than we imagined. They are professionals, craftsmen and quite innovative in their approach to solving remodeling issues...and we had several! They showed up on time every day, cleaned up every night, stayed on budget, and on schedule. They answered all our questions --- and we had many, many questions. Custom Touch Contracting came out to our home and remodeled our basement bathroom. They moved walls, put plumbing where it was supposed to go in the first place, and transformed the entire basement from 1 little room. I couldn't have imagined this outcome. Everything was done with meticulous precision, and done with little disruption to the household. We're working on plans for the next project for Custom Touch now. Thanks guys, stellar job!
