Customcrete installed an epoxy floor in my laundry room and I couldn't be happier. The floor looks great and the company was phenomenal to work with. They communicated extremely well throughout the project from initial contact to installation. Carlos and Alex were professional, friendly, and courteous and the entire process was seamless. I'm thinking garage floor next........ Would definitely recommend them.

We recently used Customcrete for our pool deck. Our old coating was peeling off in multiple places and looked really bad. We also had cracks in our cement which Customcrete creatively sealed and blended in with the design. The workers were polite, hardworking, and showed up on time every day. We are very happy with the overall results and look forward to years of protection with the new surface.

Jen in the office I guess is probably the most rude human being I've ever had the displeasure of speaking too. Avoid this company like the plague. Cash only payment required for this job, they asked to move it up Friday evening for a Monday start date; Jen said they would start at 9am, Bank is not open on Saturdays to pull cash, went there Monday morning when they open at 8:30 because I would have time to meet there crew; Jen called at 8:30 angry that no one was home. By the way sales rep Sam said two week lead time; Jen came back with a June Start date (contract agreed in February), would not take a check (evading taxes). It's a shame that these business get on here and lie when they are disorganized and sketchy to say the best, and then they come with attitude when they get call

The crew working here did a GREAT job. We love the finished product. They took pride in what they do (which you don't see much any more) and it shows. Super nice and cleaned up after themselves which I appreciate very much too. Thank you for our great looking pool deck and patio area surfaces! UPDATE - it's now 3 weeks later. We just had our stained stamped pool coping cleaned and resealed by the company who installed it. Later the same day the coping was sealed we walked outside to check it out. OMG, We could see all the paint splatter from the paint color CustomCrete used when applying the cooldecking treatment onto the concrete in our backyard (see pictures). I don't think the CustomCrete employees realized the splatter was on the coping (as it was faded prior to being sealed)
