I live in another state and needed someone to mow a lawn in Williamsburg until the house was sold. Seth was quick to respond to my initial message, quoted a reasonable price without a long-term contract, fit the job into his schedule according to my requests before our open house and auction dates, and sent pictures after each time he mowed. He even followed up after the sale to see if we needed additional mowing until closing. He always responds to my texts quickly and has been dependable, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Cut-Rite Lawncare.

Seth does a great job for a great price! It was easy to communicate about scheduling and once our mowing schedule got started we didn't lift a finger to keep the lawn looking good. Work was done safely around parked cars, neighbor's property, slopes, and trees. Invoicing was also easy over email so we could pay online. I'd highly recommend his services!

These guys literally saved the sale of my house. I sold my house in Wburg and moved to Texas. There was 3 weeks until closing was finished and the new owners took over. I went with a larger more well known lawn service that totally dropped the ball. My HOA is cut throat dealing with grass and the new owners were sticklers about grass and I was afraid the grass was going to be too tall and kill the lawn if it waited any longer. Cut-rite was able to get my lawn mowed the next day for a very reasonable price. They bagged the super tall grass and provided pics of the service prior to accepting payment. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Highly recommend!!!

Seth is always super punctual and quotes accurately and fairly for any extra work I need him to do. He’s very respectful of my home and easy to work with. I couldn’t recommend Cut-Rite more!
