Cutting Edge Curbing Sand & Rock

Do not come here if you like your money to not get stolen. My dad bought paver here this month and while the first girl (a younger girl) we were talking to seemed stuck up and uninterested, the second person named Maria who was kind and explained all the things to us, she was great. She broke everything down for us and we left satisfied. Weeks later right before Christmas my dad checks his bank account and finds two additional charges from the company that we weren’t aware of. One charge of ~$500 was refunded by the time we saw this but the other charge of $900 was not. My dad was understandably upset because he’s been stolen from before which he told Maria about. Obviously the office was closed for the holiday so all my dad was able to do was go to his bank and get his statements printed

We recently rocked our entire backyard with about 28 tons of 1-in rock. We went to several locations to try to find the right Rock but many were closed or didn't have a showroom. This location has a very nice outdoor showroom where you can see the rock itself in a sort of yard-like environment. The price list is available along with availability; just go inside first and get a pamphlet from the helpful staff. They were able to split my rock up into two different shipments without charging me a lot of extra money. Prices are clear, staff is friendly and you can pick up things like yard fabric in the shop when you order your rocks. Lots of good stuff here, but probably better to telephone rather than driving in since we stopped off at Site One, their sister business, who sent us here, but they didn't have the color for concrete to sell to the public like Site One thought they had.

Dumped rock that I didn't order in front of my house making it difficult to pull out of my driveway. Manager was extremely difficult and aggressive over the phone, especially after he found out I wasn't the paying customer. I tried expressing to him that there was plenty of room to leave the rock along the road to where I could pull out, but he kept cutting me off demonstrating the level of professionalism used within this company. After realizing the conversation would not go anywhere and all I would keep receiving was an aggressive attitude, I called him as I saw fit... a dumba s s. Thanks for making it difficult for my wife and I to get in and out of our driveway and providing exceptional customer service. I'll make sure to never recommend this company. My first time coming to this place ordered some rock and pavers for my backyard. The rock was delivered quick. The PAVERS had to be ordered from manufacturing plant, they said pavers should take about 3-4 days. 3 weeks later still no pavers! They took my money and now have to wait for a check to be mailed instead of a direct refund. Be aware of having to order from this place. I will never come back or recommend to anyone becareful!
